There are also wheelchairs available for passengers who need these during check-in.
Check-in takes place on the second floor with both departures taking place from both the second floor and fourth floor. Passenger arrivals come in on the ground floor. When your plane lands, if you disembark via an airbridge, you will see signs to direct you to the arrivals level of the terminal where you can collect your luggage. For a few planes landing further from the terminal, a bus is provided to take passengers to the terminal where they can collect their luggage in the normal way. There is a large café in the pre-boarding wairing area on the top floor, and the ground floor houses a shopping area as well as the airline offices.
